Relax and quiet down your mind through the ancient practice of Mindfulness Meditation. This session is open to beginners, intermediate, and advanced meditators.
The session will be lead by Barbara Hennessy, a certified mindfulness meditation teacher.
We will spend the first few minutes settling in a meditation posture and the last few minutes sharing our experience. Meditation itself may take anywhere between twenty and fifty minutes depending on the experience level and preference of the attendees.
